The Cinderella Package: Full Service Wedding Planning This package is for the busy bride who needs a 24/7 Fairy God mother
1.) Consultation:You will sit down with one of our consultants to discuss any questions or ideas you might have.
2.) Budget Analysis: We will sit down and work out a budget plan on different areas of the wedding (e.g.: photographer, food, hall), then we will discuss how many guest you will be inviting.
3.) Vendor:We will provide for you a list of our top vendors who can provide everything you need. This will include us setting up the initial appointment with the chosen vendor for each area of interest, and accompanying you to your meeting. There we can help you decide on what will work best and how it will affect your Ceremony/Reception sites.Some of these areas include:--Choose/Hire the individual who will perform your wedding ceremony--Photographer/videographer--DJ/Music--Caterers/Bakery- Sit down/buffet dinner--Dress/Tuxedo--Florist----and MUCH MORE.
4.) Out Of Town Guests: If you have a lot of town guests, not to worry, we would be more the happy to set up rooms for them at either the reception site or at a near by hotel. Most hotels will give discounted rates for booking several rooms. We will also provide welcome bags with information about the area and some goodies to welcome them and to thank them for coming so far to celebrate your big day.
5.) Rehearsal: A day or two before we will set up a rehearsal at the ceremony site and discuss the time line with you and your wedding party. We will also go through a walk through so everyone will understand the arrangement of the day. If desired, we can set up a dinner with your wedding party and some guests. This is a great way to thank them for everything they have done, and to celebrate the last day as single man and woman!
6.) Wedding Day! It's finally here! But don't worry; we will be with you every step of the way. We will be the first to arrive at the ceremony site and make sure everything is set up, and to assure that flowers have been delivered and distributed to the wedding party and at the ceremony site and make sure that the photographer and videographer are available at anytime a picture perfect moment arrives. We will have everyone ready to go to the ceremony site and down the isle. We will also assure all guest have arrived, are seated and ready before the ceremony begins.
7.) Lets Party! Sit back and enjoy your day. Our planners will be walking around making sure everything is going correctly, we will do everything from cuing your entrance to sending the guests home.
8.) Honeymoon The party isn't over yet, let us help you plan that romantic honeymoon! Just tell us what you're looking for and leave the rest to us! You will also have to plan a separate budget for your honeymoon, which includes location, flight fares, hotels and any excursions

The Fairy Godmother Package: The Fairy Godmother package is designed for the bride who needs help getting started, or needs help with the final finishing touches on the big day, but enjoys doing things herself.This package includes:
1.) Consultation: You will sit down with one of our consultants to discuss any questions or ideas you might have.
2.) Budget Analysis: We will sit down and work out a budget plan on different areas of the wedding (e.g.: photographer, food, hall), then we will discuss how many guest you will be inviting.
3.) Vendors: We can give you suggestions to vendors who are within your budget and show you samples of what they can do if available.
4.) Rehersal: A day or two before we will set up a rehearsal at the ceremony site and discuss the time line with you and your wedding party. We will also go through a walk through so everyone will understand the arrangement of the day.
5.) Wedding Day! On your special day, we will be there by your side making sure everything is in its correct place and order. If you have any last minute errands or request we will be there to make them happen.

The Helping Mice Package: Day of Wedding On-site Coordination
1.) Consultation: We will set up 2 consultations:After you set up your choice of vendors, the first consultation will be a one hour meeting, which will include a time line for the day and receive all the contracts and vendors number so we can confirm there agreements. That would take place 1 month prior to the wedding.---The second consultation will be about 3 weeks before the wedding and will take place at the ceremony and reception sites, if available. We will do a walk through of the sites and discuss where you want everything to go.
2.) Rehearsal: A day or two before we will set up a rehearsal at the ceremony site and discuss the time line with you and your wedding party. We will also go through a walk through so everyone will understand the arrangement of the day.
3.) Wedding Day!We will oversee the set up the ceremony and reception sites. We will make sure all vendors such as DJ, transportation and flowers have arrived. The flowers will be distributed among the wedding party and over see the decor. We will line up the wedding party and assure that everything goes smoothly.
